What is Stress
Stress refers to undue demand of physical and mental energy of the human body. It is not only humans that go through stress but animals as well who experience stress. When the human body can't handle more mental and physical pressures and works than its normal capacity, then the body may seem to undergo stress. As a result the normal physical and mental working of the body is hampered. Stress is a disorder that is found in millions of people around the world. It does not target a particular age group. Stress can happen to anyone. Stress may happen due to a variety of reasons like hectic lifestyle, tension, too much physical activity, too much mental activity, etc Extreme stress conditions may prove to be dangerous in the long run if not treated in time. The lifestyle of the people has changed a lot over the years and people are taking their careers very seriously. As a result heavy workload at the workplace and the pressures to meet deadlines leads to a lot of stress. Stress may lead to tiredness and depression in the long run. Soon your body loses the capacity to perform normal physical or mental tasks.
